Fredrick Wahome is the Co-Founder and Vice President at Kenya Cybersecurity & Forensics Association (KCSFA) He is the Founder and CEO of Secunets Technologies Ltd for the last twelve years, serving clients across the East African region. Fredrick is currently assisting organizations to align their CyberSecurity strategies to United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and Kenyan digital economy strategy. He is a mentor through Kampus Mentor Lab (KML) that provides a growth platform for young people in CyberSecurity and ICT and he manages CybAccel Fund as an angel investor which is an online crowdfunding platform that facilitates innovations in CyberSecurity.
Fredrick is a member of Authentication and Authorization for Constrained Environments (ACE) at Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) and serves as the Technical lead during the national hackathon in 2019 and 2022 on behalf of the Communications Authority of Kenya.
