Secure Kenya 2030
The secure Kenya 2030 is a private sector lead initiative spearheaded by IPSS, that aims at building partnerships and developing networks with the Government, individuals, professions, organizations and leaders at all levels who share the common vision of ensuring that Kenyan’s are fully involved and engaged in establishing a secure & safe Country.
The Secure Kenya 2030 project aims at developing a network of Security professionals, partners, individuals and organizations that are committed and share a common vision of establishing a safe and secure business environment in Kenya by 2030. The program seeks to enable stakeholders in the private sector to initiate activities that will help create a security culture in Kenya. It aims at providing a platform where partnerships can be forged by the private security industry stakeholders and the government Policing Agents to articulate goals to help us establish safe and secure communities. To achieve this objective the Sec Kenya 2030 project is divided into four pillars;

- Secure Communities
- Ethical Business
The Pillars of the Secure Kenya 2030 listed develop an integrated security approach well founded at the community level i.e. uplifting the level of security awareness and establishing structures for effective information gathering & reporting.
- Capacity Building - establish an Army of one million security trained, specialized and certified professionals to drive the vision
- Community Security – integrated and structured process aimed at establish communities in all our neighborhoods.
- Leadership – aimed at identifying, training and cultivating the servant Leadership
- Ethical Business – these will be our strategic partners who share the vision, determination and commitment to ethical conduct, decent work practices and uplifting the level of security and future. Their business will be founded and distinguished by the values of operational excellence, ethics and integrity that are key in establishing a corrupt free business environment
