Oscar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He has worked in the banking industry and as a consultant in IT performance improvement. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
